The Gluten-Free Chocolate Chip Cookies Recipe is one of my favorite treats to bake when the grandchildren come visiting. These little gems are so simple to make, and everyone loves them just the same as the traditional kind.
What makes these cookies truly special is the wonderful combination of ground almonds and quality olive oil that keeps them tender and delicious. The natural sweetener means you’re not loading the cookies with refined sugar, and just a touch of vanilla extract brings out all those lovely chocolate flavors.
I love setting out a warm batch of these cookies with a glass of cold milk for the grandkids after school. There’s something about homemade cookies that brings everyone to the kitchen table, and these gluten-free treats mean nobody has to feel left out.
