Ingredients
  

  • 3 pound Chicken
  • 0.25 cup Olive Oil
  • 1 cup Beans
  • 0.75 cup Celery
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Brown Sugar
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Oyster Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Hoisin Sauce
  • 1 cup Dry
  • 1 tablespoon Cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce Made From Soy
  • 1 cup Mushrooms
  • 0.5 cup Walnuts

Instructions
 

  • In a large heavy skillet, heat oil.
  • Add chicken and brown on all sides; reduce heat, cover, and let chicken cook slowly for 20 minutes.
  • Add green beans, celery, seasonings, and broth.
  • Cook 8 to 10 minutes.
  • Combine cornstarch and soy sauce; stir into the chicken mixture with mushrooms, and cook until thickened.
  • Add Hammons Black Walnuts; heat through.
  • If desired, garnish with walnuts and serve on hot cooked rice.
