Granny’s Chicken Soup is one of those dishes that just warms your soul from the inside out, dearie. It’s simple, it’s honest, and it’s been bringing comfort to my table for more years than I care to count.
What makes this soup truly special is how the delicate tarragon and fresh parsley dance together with every spoonful, while the rice makes it hearty and satisfying. The secret is in how those flavors meld together when you mix everything just right at the start—that’s where the magic begins, love.
I’ve served this soup to countless family gatherings and sick visits over the years, and there’s nothing quite like seeing someone’s tired face light up at that first taste. This is the kind of dish that reminds us all why we gather around the table together.
