Grilled Ribs are one of my favorite summertime treats to make for the whole family! There’s nothing quite like the smoky aroma drifting through the backyard while those ribs cook low and slow over the fire.
The magic is in that beautiful dry rub — a lovely blend of sugar, salt, paprika, and red pepper that forms a delicious crust on the pork. The secret is cooking them low and gentle, either over charcoal with hickory wood chips or on a gas grill turned down low, so the meat gets tender and juicy without burning.
I love pulling these ribs off the grill and watching everyone’s faces light up at the dinner table. These are the kinds of meals that bring folks together and create memories that last long after the last bone is picked clean.
