Shrimp Scampi

Shrimp Scampi is one of those dishes that always brings smiles to my dinner table, and I’m so happy to share it with you today. It’s elegant enough for company but simple enough that you won’t spend all day in the kitchen.

What makes this recipe truly special is how the garlic and shrimp come together in perfect harmony—the garlic powder adds such a wonderful depth of flavor without any fussiness. The key is not to overcook that beautiful shrimp; just a few minutes in the pan and it’s tender and delicious.

I remember making this for my family on Friday nights, and the way everyone would gather around the table, twirling their forks through those garlicky noodles, just warmed my heart. It’s become one of those dishes my grandchildren request by name, and that’s the greatest compliment a cook could ask for.
