Apple Butter and Pork Tenderloin — Gran Cooks
Main Dishes

Apple Butter and Pork Tenderloin

Apple Butter and Pork Tenderloin is one of those dishes that looks fancy enough for company but comes together so easily in your own kitchen. The tender pork soaks up all that lovely apple flavor, and I promise your family will be asking for seconds.

What makes this recipe truly special is how we inject that apple juice right into the meat—it keeps everything moist and flavorful all the way through. Then we top it with a rich apple butter sauce made with brown sugar and butter that caramelizes beautifully as it roasts.

I love serving this with roasted vegetables or a creamy mashed potato on the side, and it’s always been a showstopper at our family dinners. There’s something about the sweet and savory combination that just brings everyone to the table with smiles on their faces.
