Marinade for Grilled Vegetables
Ingredients
- 0.66666666666667 cup Olive Oil
- 0.33333333333333 cup Balsamic Vinegar
- 0.25 cup Onions
- 1 tablespoon Basil
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 0.5 teaspoon Salt
- 0.25 teaspoon Black Pepper
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients and mix well.
- Marinade cut vegetables for 3 to 4 hours and then grill or brush marinade onto vegetables as you grill.
- Yield 1 cup marinade.
