Flower Power Caesar Salad

The Flower Power Caesar Salad is such a delightful twist on a classic, dear ones, and it’s become one of my favorite ways to get the whole family excited about eating their vegetables. With its beautiful florets of broccoli and cauliflower, it’s almost too pretty to eat—almost!

What makes this salad truly special is how the raw broccoli and cauliflower stay so crisp and tender when tossed with that creamy Caesar dressing, and the shredded cabbage adds a wonderful crunch that just can’t be beat. The generous sprinkle of Parmesan cheese brings everything together with that salty, nutty flavor that makes people come back for second helpings.

I love serving this at family gatherings because it’s such a crowd-pleaser, and watching my grandchildren actually ask for seconds of vegetables just warms my heart right up. It’s the perfect dish to bring to a potluck or to have on hand for those busy weeknights when you want something fresh and satisfying without spending hours in the kitchen.
