Hg’s Fiber-Ific Fried Chicken Strips – Ww Points = 5

Hg’s Fiber-Ific Fried Chicken Strips – Ww Points = 5 is one of my favorite recipes to make when I want something crispy and delicious without all the guilt, dear. This healthier twist on a classic favorite comes together so easily, and it’s perfect for busy weeknights or feeding a hungry family.

What makes this recipe special is the clever use of cereals as a coating instead of traditional flour—it gives you that wonderful crunch while keeping the points low. The egg substitute keeps everything light and fluffy on the inside, while the garlic powder and black pepper add just the right amount of flavor to make these strips absolutely irresistible.

I love serving these strips with a nice green salad or roasted vegetables, and my grandchildren always come running when they know these are for dinner. It’s become one of those dishes that brings everyone to the table together, and I’m so proud to share it because I know they’re eating something truly good for them.
