Xochipilli’s Spicy Hot Baby Back Ribs are one of my most requested dishes, and I’m so happy to share them with you today. These ribs have just the right kick of heat balanced with a touch of sweetness that keeps everyone coming back for more.
What makes these ribs truly special is the wonderful spice rub — a beautiful blend of chili powder, cinnamon, and garlic that creates layers of flavor you won’t find anywhere else. The brown sugar caramelizes beautifully in the oven, creating a sticky, delicious glaze that clings to every bite of tender pork.
I love serving these ribs at family gatherings because they’re a real crowd-pleaser that brings folks around the table with smiles on their faces. There’s something about homemade ribs that makes everyone feel loved and cared for — that’s what cooking is really all about in my kitchen.
