Simple Oven-Fried Chicken is one of my go-to recipes when I want that delicious crispy coating without all the messy frying oil. My dear ones come running to the kitchen the moment this golden beauty comes out of the oven!
What makes this recipe so special is the combination of bread crumbs and cornstarch that gives you that wonderfully crunchy exterior, while the butter keeps everything tender and flavorful inside. It’s all about that perfect balance, sweetie—simple ingredients working together like a well-choreographed dance.
I’ve served this at countless family dinners, and it never fails to bring everyone to the table with smiles on their faces. There’s something so comforting about passing around a platter of golden oven-fried chicken—it’s the kind of meal that makes memories and fills hearts just as much as bellies.
