The Salt Free, Low Cholesterol Sugar Cookies Recipe is one of my favorite treats to make when I want something sweet without any guilt, dear. These lovely little cookies are perfect for anyone watching their health, and they taste just as wonderful as the traditional kind.
What makes these cookies so special is that they’re made with corn oil and egg substitute instead of butter and eggs, keeping the cholesterol right down where it should be. The bright, cheerful addition of orange juice gives them a lovely citrus flavor that makes them feel extra special and homemade.
I love baking these cookies with my grandchildren because they can help mix and shape without worrying about any ingredients that might upset their little tummies. There’s nothing quite like the joy on their faces when they bite into a warm cookie that’s both delicious and good for them.
