Peta’s Awfully Good Waffles are a wonderful treat that’ll have your family gathered ’round the breakfast table in no time! These fluffy beauties are so simple to make, and I promise you’ll be making them again and again.
What makes these waffles truly special is that lovely hint of cinnamon that warms right through each bite, and the soymilk keeps them tender and light without any fuss. It’s all about mixing those dry ingredients just right before you bring it all together—that’s the secret to getting them perfectly golden.
I love serving these up on a lazy Sunday morning with fresh berries and a drizzle of maple syrup, watching the smiles light up around my kitchen. There’s something so special about sharing a stack of homemade waffles with the people you love most.
