Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Pecans
  • 0.5 cup Butter
  • 0.5 cup Brown Sugar
  • 6 cup Apples
  • 0.5 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 0.5 teaspoon Nutmeg
  • 0.5 cup Sugar
  • 2 tablespoon All-Purpose Flour

Instructions
 

  • In bottom of Glass Pie Pan combine: 1/2 c. butter and 1/2 c. brown sugar.
  • Then add in a layer ( 1 c. pecans) on top.
  • Spread first crust over this (I use ready made crust).
  • Filling: mix and put into first crust.
  • 6 c. apples
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 2 Tbsp flour
  • Spread on second crust, trim edges.
  • Puncture for air vents.
  • Bake 350 for 40-50 min.
  • Flip onto serving plate.
  • **careful VERY Warm syrup**
