- 1 cup Pecans
- 0.5 cup Butter
- 0.5 cup Brown Sugar
- 6 cup Apples
- 0.5 teaspoon Cinnamon
- 0.5 teaspoon Nutmeg
- 0.5 cup Sugar
- 2 tablespoon All-Purpose Flour
In bottom of Glass Pie Pan combine: 1/2 c. butter and 1/2 c. brown sugar.
Then add in a layer ( 1 c. pecans) on top.
Spread first crust over this (I use ready made crust).
Filling: mix and put into first crust.
6 c. apples
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1/2 c. sugar
2 Tbsp flour
Spread on second crust, trim edges.
Puncture for air vents.
Bake 350 for 40-50 min.
Flip onto serving plate.
