  • 0.5 cup All-Purpose Flour
  • 2 tablespoon Baking Powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 cup Soymilk
  • 0.5 cup Applesauce

Instructions
 

  • Combine the dry ingredients and mix.
  • Add the soya milk and applesauce.
  • Pour into an oiled waffle iron, and cook until golden brown.
  • You can turn these into pancakes by adding more liquid.
