The Barbecue Ribs Or Pork Chops Recipe is one of my absolute favorites to make when the family’s coming over for dinner. There’s something so comforting about tender, sticky ribs or juicy chops glazed with a homemade sauce that’ll have everyone asking for seconds.
What makes this recipe truly special is the rich, from-scratch barbecue sauce made with soy sauce, brown sugar, and molasses—it’s the kind of deep, complex flavor you just can’t get from a bottle. The secret is in bringing those ingredients to a boil together and letting the sauce cool before you use it, which really lets all those lovely flavors meld together beautifully.
I love serving these ribs or chops at family gatherings because they’re always such a hit with the grandchildren, and there’s nothing quite like watching everyone’s faces light up when they take that first bite. It reminds me of all those summer barbecues we’ve shared together, and now you can make those same warm memories in your own kitchen.
