Chili Roasted Peanuts With Dried Cherries is one of my go-to recipes when I need a snack that’s both satisfying and a little bit special. The combination of warm spices and tart cherries makes this treat absolutely irresistible, and it’s so easy to make right in your own kitchen.
What makes this recipe truly shine is the wonderful balance of flavors—the chili powder and cumin create a savory warmth that plays beautifully against the sweetness of the dried cherries. Roasting the peanuts brings out their natural nuttiness, and when you toss them with that buttery, spiced coating, you’ve got something that tastes far fancier than the effort it takes.
I love setting out a little bowl of these for family gatherings or when the grandchildren stop by—they disappear faster than I can refill the dish! There’s something about sharing a homemade snack that brings everyone together, and these peanuts always spark smiles and happy memories around the table.
