Skillet Meat Lasagna — Gran Cooks
Main Dishes

Skillet Meat Lasagna

Skillet Meat Lasagna is one of my favorite weeknight dinners because it brings all the comfort of traditional lasagna right into one pan! There’s nothing quite like the aroma of beef, garlic, and onions sizzling together while you’re preparing this heartwarming meal.

What makes this recipe so special, dear, is how the pasta cooks right in with the meat and sauce, soaking up all those wonderful flavors. The ricotta keeps everything creamy and rich, and you don’t need all those fussy layers—just good honest cooking in a single skillet.

I’ve served this dish at countless family dinners, and the grandchildren always come back for seconds. There’s something so satisfying about ladling this straight from the skillet onto their plates, knowing they’re getting a meal made with love.
