Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 teaspoon Lemon Juice
  • 1 ounce Protein Powder Whey Based
  • 0.5 teaspoon Baking Powder
  • 0.25 teaspoon Baking Soda
  • 0.25 cup Egg
  • 1 tablespoon Syrup
  • 0.5 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1 cup Oats
  • 1 tablespoon Applesauce

Instructions
 

  • Preheat waffle maker.
  • In a small bowl, combine milk and lemon juice and let stand 510 minutes until milk starts to curdle.
  • In a blender or food processor, add all other ingredients.
  • When milk has curdled, add in milk.
  • Blend until evenly mixed and the oats have broken down and become a flour.
  • Grease your waffle maker really well.
  • Pour batter into waffle maker and cook according to machine instructions.
  • Repeat with the rest of the batter, making sure to re-grease after each one.
  • Eat immediately or freeze for later use.
  • If frozen, remove from freezer and place in toaster to reheat.
