1 cup Milk 1 teaspoon Lemon Juice 1 ounce Protein Powder Whey Based 0.5 teaspoon Baking Powder 0.25 teaspoon Baking Soda 0.25 cup Egg 1 tablespoon Syrup 0.5 teaspoon Vanilla Extract 1 teaspoon Cinnamon 1 cup Oats 1 tablespoon Applesauce
Preheat waffle maker.
In a small bowl, combine milk and lemon juice and let stand 510 minutes until milk starts to curdle.
In a blender or food processor, add all other ingredients.
When milk has curdled, add in milk.
Blend until evenly mixed and the oats have broken down and become a flour.
Grease your waffle maker really well.
Pour batter into waffle maker and cook according to machine instructions.
Repeat with the rest of the batter, making sure to re-grease after each one.
Eat immediately or freeze for later use.
If frozen, remove from freezer and place in toaster to reheat.
