Eggless Pasta is one of my favorite recipes to make when I want fresh, homemade noodles without any fuss. With just semolina, salt, and water, you’ll have beautiful pasta that tastes like it came straight from an Italian kitchen!
What makes this recipe so special is its simplicity — there’s no need for eggs, yet the semolina creates a wonderful texture that holds sauce beautifully. The key is mixing your flour and salt just right, then working the dough with patience and a little elbow grease.
I love making this pasta with my grandchildren gathered around the kitchen table, watching their eyes light up as we roll and cut the dough together. There’s something magical about sharing homemade pasta with loved ones — it always brings everyone closer around the dinner table.
