Making 6 deviled eggs is one of my favorite quick little treats to whip up for a party or a simple afternoon snack. These little bites disappear faster than you’d think, so I always make extra!
The secret to truly delicious deviled eggs is using quality mayonnaise and a touch of distilled vinegar to give them that perfect tang, along with a bit of mustard for extra flavor. A gentle hand when mixing and a light sprinkle of salt brings out the richness of those beautiful egg yolks.
I remember making these with my mother at holiday gatherings, watching her steady hands pipe the filling so perfectly into each white. Now when my grandchildren help me prepare them, I see that same care and love going into every single egg, and it warms my heart knowing these little traditions continue.
