Date Nut Bread Pudding Recipe
Ingredients
- 1.3333333333333 cup Bread Crumbs
- 0.25 cup Wheat Germ
- 1 cup Dates
- 0.25 cup Seeds
- 0.66666666666667 cup Orange Juice
Instructions
- Combine all dry ingredients.
- Add in juice till mix is moist but not soggy.
- Line a 9 inch pie pan with waxed paper and press mix into pan.
- Cover loosely with wax paper, foil or possibly plastic wrap, and refrigeratefor several hrs.
- To serve, lift wax paper with pudding from pan and slice into very thin wedges.
- This dessert is very rich so serve small portions.
