Ingredients
  

  • 1.3333333333333 cup Bread Crumbs
  • 0.25 cup Wheat Germ
  • 1 cup Dates
  • 0.25 cup Seeds
  • 0.66666666666667 cup Orange Juice

Instructions
 

  • Combine all dry ingredients.
  • Add in juice till mix is moist but not soggy.
  • Line a 9 inch pie pan with waxed paper and press mix into pan.
  • Cover loosely with wax paper, foil or possibly plastic wrap, and refrigeratefor several hrs.
  • To serve, lift wax paper with pudding from pan and slice into very thin wedges.
  • This dessert is very rich so serve small portions.
