Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound Chicken
  • 2 teaspoon Olive Oil
  • 2 tablespoon Onions
  • 0.5 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 10.75 ounce Cream Of Chicken
  • 0.5 cup Parmesan Cheese
  • 1.6666666666667 cup Milk
  • 2 cup Rice
  • 0.5 cup Tomatoes
  • 1 cup Vegetable Shortening

Instructions
 

  • in saucepan heat oil over medium heat.
  • saute onions and garlic until soft
  • add remaining ingredients except tomato and heat through about 6 minutes.
  • just before serving toss in tomatoes and stir, cover and cook 3-5 minutes
