Throw Together Leftover Chicken Casserole
Ingredients
- 1 pound Chicken
- 2 teaspoon Olive Oil
- 2 tablespoon Onions
- 0.5 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 10.75 ounce Cream Of Chicken
- 0.5 cup Parmesan Cheese
- 1.6666666666667 cup Milk
- 2 cup Rice
- 0.5 cup Tomatoes
- 1 cup Vegetable Shortening
Instructions
- in saucepan heat oil over medium heat.
- saute onions and garlic until soft
- add remaining ingredients except tomato and heat through about 6 minutes.
- just before serving toss in tomatoes and stir, cover and cook 3-5 minutes
