Skillet Chicken Parmesan is one of those dishes that brings everyone running to the dinner table, dear. It’s crispy, cheesy, and so satisfying—the kind of meal that makes your whole house smell absolutely wonderful.
What makes this recipe truly special is how we layer those beautiful flavors right in the skillet—golden chicken topped with melty mozzarella and a rich Parmesan-infused sauce that clings to every bite. The olive oil gets everything cooking just right, and stirring that Parmesan into the pasta sauce from the start gives it such a lovely depth.
I love serving this over a bed of pasta so everyone can soak up every bit of that delicious sauce, and it’s such a crowd-pleaser at the family table. My grandchildren always ask for seconds, and I think you’ll find your loved ones will too.
