Sausage, Apple, and Cheddar Bread Pudding is one of my favorite dishes to bring to the table when I want something hearty and a little bit fancy. It’s the kind of recipe that looks like you’ve fussed all day, but I promise it’s simpler than you’d think!
What makes this bread pudding so special is the way the sweet apples play against the savory ground turkey sausage and sharp cheddar cheese. The buttermilk and egg substitute keep it tender and moist, and those flavors all meld together beautifully as everything bakes.
I love serving this for brunch or a casual supper, and it’s always a hit with the whole family gathered around. There’s something so comforting about a dish that’s warm, filling, and brings everyone together at the table.
