Rice Flour Pancakes
Ingredients
- 1 cup Rice Flour
- 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
- 1 teaspoon Cream
- 1 teaspoon Sugar
- 0.25 teaspoon Salt
- 0.75 cup Rice
- 1 cup Water
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
Instructions
- preheat nonstick skillet.
- combine rice flour, baking soda, cream of tartar, sugar and salt.
- stir in the rice & toss to coat.
- separately, combine milk or water & oil.
- pour into the flour mixture and mix just until combined.
- do not beat or overmix.
- spoon onto skillet.
- cook until tops are bubbly and edges are brown.
