Yummy Gluten Free Peanut Butter Cookies
Ingredients
- 1.5 cup Peanut Butter
- 0.75 cup Honey
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 0.5 cup Rice Flour
- 0.75 cup All-Purpose Flour
Instructions
- Stir peanut butter, honey and vanilla together.
- Mix rice and barley flour together and stir into mixture.
- Roll into small balls.
- On an oiled cookie sheet, flatten the balls out fairly thin.
- Bake 7 to 8 minutes at 350F (180C).
- Let cool on the cookie sheet before removing.
- Makes 2 dozen cookies.
