Pumpkin Muffins are one of my favorite treats to bake when the autumn leaves start turning golden, and I just know your family is going to love them as much as mine does. These tender, spiced muffins come together so easily, and they fill your kitchen with the most wonderful aroma.
What makes these muffins truly special is the combination of wholesome pumpkin and applesauce, which keeps them moist and delicious while using less oil than traditional recipes. The warm spices of cinnamon and nutmeg are what give them that cozy, homemade flavor that tastes like a hug from Grandma.
I love to make a big batch of these on a Saturday morning and share them with my neighbors and friends—they’re the perfect little gift wrapped up with a ribbon. My grandchildren come running into the kitchen whenever they smell these baking, and we always save one warm muffin with a pat of butter for each of them.
