My Pressure Cooker Pot Roast is one of my absolute favorite ways to get a tender, delicious dinner on the table without spending all day in the kitchen. This recipe has saved me so many times when I need something hearty and comforting for my family.
What makes this dish truly special is how the pressure cooker transforms that tough cut of meat into something melt-in-your-mouth tender, and the onions and garlic create such a rich, savory base that fills your whole house with the most wonderful aroma. A good searing in olive oil at the start really locks in all those beautiful flavors.
I love serving this with crusty bread to soak up every last drop of that delicious sauce, and it’s always been a dish that brings everyone to the dinner table with smiles on their faces. My grandchildren ask for seconds every single time, and that’s when I know I’ve done something right.
