Chicken Diable

Chicken Diable is one of my favorite dishes to make when I want something that tastes fancy but comes together so easily. The name sounds mysterious and a little bit naughty—”diable” means devil in French—but I promise it’s pure comfort food that’ll have everyone asking for seconds.

What makes this recipe truly special is how the butter, honey, and mustard melt together into the most wonderful golden sauce, with just a hint of curry powder to keep things interesting. It’s the perfect balance of sweet and savory, and that silky sauce clings beautifully to every piece of chicken.

I’ve served this dish at so many family gatherings, and it never fails to impress—even the pickiest eaters come back for more. There’s something about sharing a meal that tastes this good that brings everyone closer together around the table.
