Weight Watchers Blueberry Pancake/Waffle Syrup (0 Ww Points!) is one of my favorite tricks for making breakfast feel extra special without any guilt, dearie. This lovely syrup brings all the flavor of a traditional topping while keeping those points right at zero!
What makes this recipe so wonderfully clever is how the cornstarch thickens everything into a gorgeous, glossy syrup without any of the heavy cream or butter. The fresh blueberries burst with natural sweetness, and just a squeeze of lemon juice brightens it all up beautifully.
I love spooning this over warm pancakes and waffles for my grandchildren on Sunday mornings—they can’t believe it’s good for them! It’s the kind of syrup that makes everyone at the table feel cherished and cared for.
