Healthy Vegan Banana Bread is one of my favorite treats to whip up when I’ve got overripe bananas sitting on the counter. It’s so moist and delicious, and nobody ever guesses it’s completely plant-based, dear.

What makes this bread truly special is the combination of apple juice and olive oil that keeps it wonderfully tender without any eggs or dairy. The simple blend of all-purpose flour, baking powder, and baking soda does all the heavy lifting, letting those sweet bananas shine through in every bite.

I love serving warm slices with a cup of tea, and it’s always the first thing to disappear when I bring it to gatherings with the grandchildren. This bread has become such a cherished part of our family traditions—it’s the kind of recipe that brings everyone together around the kitchen table.

Ingredients
  

  • 2.25 cup All-Purpose Flour
  • 2 teaspoon Baking Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
  • 1.5 cup Bananas
  • 6 tablespoon Apple Juice
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 2 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 0.33333333333333 cup Walnuts
  • 0.33333333333333 cup Raisins

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350.
  • Mix dry ingredients together.
  • In a medium bowl, mash banana with a fork.
  • Add the rest of the wet ingredients with the banana, mix.
  • Pour liquid ingredients into the dry ingredients.
  • Add nuts or raisins.
  • Pour mixture into loaf pan and bake for about 50 minutes.
