Ground Beef Vegetable Fricassee Recipe

The Ground Beef Vegetable Fricassee Recipe is one of my most cherished comfort dishes, and I’m so happy to share it with you today. It’s a hearty, satisfying meal that comes together beautifully with simple ingredients you likely already have in your kitchen.

What makes this fricassee so special is how the ground beef becomes tender and flavorful as it simmers with fresh onions and celery, all brought together with a lovely flour-based sauce. The technique is simple but creates such a delicious depth of flavor that’ll have everyone asking for seconds.

I’ve made this dish countless times for my family gatherings, and it never fails to bring smiles to the table. There’s something about serving a warm bowl of this homemade fricassee that just says “I love you” better than anything else could.
