- 1 cup Celery
- 1 pound Beef
- 2 tablespoon All-Purpose Flour
- 1 cup Water
- 0.75 teaspoon Salt
- 0.125 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 0.5 teaspoon Salt
- 0.5 teaspoon Garlic Powder
Heat 1 Tbsp.
oil in skillet and saute/fry onions and celery till slightly softened.
Add in beef and cook till mix turns gray.
Blend in flour.
Add in warm water and stir till thickened.
Add in seasonings; cover and cook over low heat for about 30 min.
Season again to taste.
Serve in a nest of warm creamed potatoes.
