Fried Chicken Gizzards

Fried Chicken Gizzards are a treasured dish that brings back memories of Sunday dinners at my kitchen table. My dear ones always ask for seconds of these crispy, golden morsels, and I’m so pleased to share this recipe with you.

What makes this recipe truly special is the careful seasoning blend of garlic powder, salt, and black pepper that infuses every bite with flavor. The all-purpose flour coating, fried just right in olive oil, creates that wonderful crispy exterior while keeping the gizzards tender inside.

I love serving these at family gatherings because everyone gathers around, picking at the plate until there’s nothing left but happy smiles. My grandchildren have grown up requesting these at their birthdays, and now they’re learning to make them just the way Gran taught them.
