Crunchy Pecan Granola is one of my absolute favorite recipes to make on a lazy Sunday morning, and I think you’ll fall in love with it too! The aroma that fills your kitchen while it’s baking is just heavenly, dear.
What makes this granola so special is the wonderful combination of toasted oats, almonds, and pecans that get wonderfully crispy in the oven, all held together with a touch of cinnamon and sugar. I love that you can make it right from scratch at home with simple ingredients you likely already have in your pantry.
This is the perfect breakfast treat to share with loved ones, and I often pack it in little mason jars as gifts for the neighbors. My grandchildren can’t get enough of it sprinkled over yogurt, and it brings back such warm memories of lazy mornings together around the kitchen table.
