Peanut Butter Cookies – Sugar Free are such a wonderful treat that lets you enjoy all the rich, nutty goodness without any of the guilt, dear. I’ve been making these for years now, and they’re always the first ones gone from the cookie jar.
What makes these cookies so special is that creamy peanut butter base combined with the crunch of pecans and almonds—it’s like a little flavor party in every bite. The baking powder helps them get light and fluffy, and without all that sugar, you really taste the pure peanut butter goodness shine through.
I love sharing these at church socials and family gatherings because everyone’s always surprised when I tell them there’s no sugar in them. My grandchildren ask for these by name now, and I’ve even had neighbors request the recipe—it just warms my heart to see people enjoying something so wholesome.
