Slow Cooker BBQ Pulled Pork Sandwiches
Ingredients
- 3 pound Pork
- 1 cup Celery
- 1 cup Onions
- 1 cup Catsup
- 1 cup Barbecue Sauce
- 1 cup Water
- 2 tablespoon Distilled
- 2 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
- 2 tablespoon Brown Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Chili Powder
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 0.5 teaspoon Garlic Powder
Instructions
- Place roast in slow cooker.
- Combine remaining ingredients in a bowl and pour over roast.
- Cover and cook on high for 6-7 hours.
- Shred the meat and mix it with the sauce (Note – You may want to thicken the sauce some).
- Great for making sandwiches or using in other recipes.
- The sauce is good on rice too.
