3 pound Pork 1 cup Celery 1 cup Onions 1 cup Catsup 1 cup Barbecue Sauce 1 cup Water 2 tablespoon Distilled 2 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce 2 tablespoon Brown Sugar 1 teaspoon Chili Powder 1 teaspoon Salt 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper 0.5 teaspoon Garlic Powder
Place roast in slow cooker.
Combine remaining ingredients in a bowl and pour over roast.
Cover and cook on high for 6-7 hours.
Shred the meat and mix it with the sauce (Note - You may want to thicken the sauce some).
Great for making sandwiches or using in other recipes.
The sauce is good on rice too.
