Ingredients
  

  • 3 pound Pork
  • 1 cup Celery
  • 1 cup Onions
  • 1 cup Catsup
  • 1 cup Barbecue Sauce
  • 1 cup Water
  • 2 tablespoon Distilled
  • 2 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
  • 2 tablespoon Brown Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Chili Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 0.5 teaspoon Garlic Powder

Instructions
 

  • Place roast in slow cooker.
  • Combine remaining ingredients in a bowl and pour over roast.
  • Cover and cook on high for 6-7 hours.
  • Shred the meat and mix it with the sauce (Note - You may want to thicken the sauce some).
  • Great for making sandwiches or using in other recipes.
  • The sauce is good on rice too.
