Fabulously Low Calorie, Still Delicious Chocolate Chip Cookies are a treat that’ll make you feel like you’re indulging without any guilt, sweethearts. These little gems prove that healthy baking doesn’t mean you have to sacrifice taste one bit.
What makes these cookies so special is the clever use of yogurt and applesauce, which keep them wonderfully moist while cutting down the calories. The combination of these ingredients with just a touch of margarine creates a tender cookie that tastes absolutely scrumptious, and you won’t believe how light they are.
I love serving these cookies with a cold glass of milk to the grandkids, and they gobble them right up without knowing they’re eating something so good for them. They’re perfect for tucking into lunch boxes or sharing at gatherings when you want everyone to enjoy a treat that won’t weigh them down.
