Easy Chinese Chicken Wings are one of my favorite dishes to make for family gatherings, dear. These sticky, savory wings come together so quickly and always disappear from the plate faster than I can blink!
The magic is in that wonderful glaze made with brown sugar, soy sauce, and warm garlic and ginger—it creates the most delicious caramelized coating on every wing. I love how simple it is to whisk everything together and let those flavors do all the work for you.
My grandchildren request these wings at every celebration, and I’m always happy to oblige because they bring everyone together at the table. There’s something so special about sharing food that’s made with love and tastes like a warm hug.
