Baked Cajun Fish is one of those dishes that brings the warmth of the South right into your kitchen, and it’s so easy that even the busiest days feel special. With just a handful of spices and a hot oven, you’ll have a meal that tastes like you’ve been cooking all day long.
What makes this recipe truly shine is how those beautiful Cajun spices—paprika, garlic powder, and a touch of red pepper—come together to create a flavor that’s bold without being overwhelming. The secret is mixing all those seasonings together first, so every bite of that fish gets perfectly coated with that delicious, warming blend.
This is the kind of dish I love to set on the table when family gathers around, because it brings everyone together without any fuss. I’ve made this for potlucks and weeknight dinners alike, and it never fails to have folks asking for the recipe—that’s when you know you’ve made something truly special.
