Baked BBQ Meatballs are one of those dishes that always brings everyone running to the table, dear. They’re so simple to make, yet they taste like you’ve been slaving away in the kitchen all day!
The secret to these meatballs is using a touch of oatmeal and milk in the mixture — it keeps them tender and juicy instead of dry and tough. Once you’ve got your mixture just right, the oven does all the work while you put your feet up with a cup of tea.
I’ve served these at countless family gatherings, and there’s never a single meatball left on the plate. They’re perfect for potlucks, game day parties, or just a cozy family dinner when you want something hearty and satisfying.
