The Gingerbread Martini Cocktail is one of my favorite festive treats to whip up when the holidays roll around, dearie. It’s elegant enough for a special evening, yet simple enough that you’ll want to make it again and again.
What makes this cocktail so special is how the warm spices—cinnamon and nutmeg—dance together with that lovely vanilla extract to create that cozy gingerbread flavor we all know and love. The magic happens when you shake it all together with ice and strain it into a chilled glass, letting those flavors meld into pure comfort.
I love serving this to family gatherings during the holiday season, and it always brings smiles to everyone’s faces. There’s something so warming about gathering around with loved ones, each holding one of these beauties, sharing stories and laughter by the fire.
