Anzac Biscuits I are a wonderful classic that brings back such lovely memories of baking with family. These golden, crispy treats have been passed down through generations, and I’m so happy to share this treasured recipe with you, dear.
What makes these biscuits so special is the beautiful combination of rolled oats and coconut, which give them that distinctive texture and wholesome flavor. The golden syrup and butter create a rich, buttery taste that just melts in your mouth, and they’re simple enough for anyone to make from scratch.
I love serving these with a cup of tea on a quiet afternoon, or packing them up as gifts for the people I love most. They’re perfect for sharing at gatherings, and I always find that one biscuit leads to another — everyone comes back for seconds!
