Whole Grain Buttermilk Pancake or Waffle Mix is one of my favorite recipes to keep on hand for busy mornings when the grandchildren come to visit. With just a few simple ingredients mixed together ahead of time, you’ll have everything ready to whip up a delicious breakfast in minutes.
What makes this mix so special is the wonderful combination of oats and cornmeal mixed right in with the flour and baking powder, giving you that hearty, wholesome flavor that keeps everyone satisfied. I love that you can make a big batch of this dry mix and store it, so whenever you’re ready for pancakes or waffles, you’re just a few steps away from breakfast magic.
There’s nothing quite like serving a stack of warm pancakes or crispy waffles to a table full of hungry family members on a Saturday morning. I’ve made this recipe countless times, and it never fails to bring smiles and happy memories around our kitchen table.
