Southwestern Chicken — Gran Cooks
Main Dishes

Southwestern Chicken

Southwestern Chicken is one of my go-to recipes when I want to bring a little warmth and spice to the dinner table. It’s so simple to put together, yet it tastes like you’ve been cooking all day long.

What makes this dish truly special is that beautiful spice blend—garlic powder, chili powder, paprika, and salt all mixed together to create the most wonderful flavor. The lime juice brightens everything up and keeps that chicken so tender and juicy.

I love serving this to my family on warm evenings, and it always brings everyone together around the table. There’s something about sharing a meal seasoned with such care that makes the memories even sweeter.
